Unifashion Trading is strictly a wholesale company, therefore, we require all customers to register for an account subject for approval. We require a valid resale business tax ID number at the time of the registration.

All sales are FINAL. We take pride in our customer service. If you have any concerns about the product images or descriptions, please contact us before placing an order to prevent any dissatisfaction. See Returns section below for details.

Minimum purchase for US Domestic customers is $100.00

Our website serves as a sample catalog of the many types and range of merchandise that we carry in our showroom. Please be understanding that we try our best to keep our website up to date by removing discontinued/sold out items and adding the best new arrival items as soon as possible. Due to the fast turnover of fashion items, we do not guarantee that all the items are in stock. All unavailable items will be removed from your final invoice. You will only be charged for the items that we ship to you.

Many of our customers rely on our experienced buyers to help them with their order selections. Feel free to call us and we will provide your businesses with the hottest merchandise based on your quantity order, specific target demographic and market.

We may require a copy of your photo ID for verification purpose.


Due to the wide variety of merchandise categories that we carry, it is difficult to provide an accurate shipping estimate at check out.

UPS Ground shipping charge is determined after packing based on actual weight and dimensions of the package(s).

If you are a first time customer and would like a shipping quote, please give us a call after you submit your order. We offer shipping discount for large orders.

We ship US Domestic Only.

Depending on the number of orders we receive, we typically ship your order within 1-3 business days (except weekend and holidays). Large orders may require more time.
Please leave a note in the comment box at check out if you need your order by a specific date so that special shipping arrangements can be made (additional rates will apply).

Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping and handling charges.

Commercial address is recommended. If you use a residential address, the rates will be higher and we are not responsible for delayed delivery or lost package.
P.O. Boxes as shipping address will not accepted.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct. Any order for address corrections or changes after the order has been shipped will result in $11.00 fee.

We are not responsible for the loss and damages during the process of transport of the merchandise. Any issues will have to be notified to us immediately so that we can follow up with UPS


All sales are FINAL. No refund will be given.

Manufacturing defects is the only accepted reason for claims. We examine all products during packing and take measures to carefully protect the shipped items; however, it is possible to see a few minor breakages from prepackaged Dozen Value items caused during transit. We do not accept these types of minor damages for return claims due to our very low margin for these items.

All claims must be placed within 5 days of package receipt date for approval. We offer exchange of the defective items with the same replacement merchandise if available or issue store credit for your future purchase. If there are any items shipped in error, please notify us immediately.

There is a 30% restocking fee for cancellations on processed orders and unclaimed packages.

Please double check all merchandise thoroughly as we only accept one time return claim per order.

All merchandise for exchange will only be accepted if the original invoice is provided and the items are: unused, in original packaging, and not been altered or marked for sale.

We are not responsible for damages caused by your packing. Please protect the return merchandise by packing them with the packing bubble or pads.

All special order items are not returnable.


We take product images with a high quality camera and do color match to the best of our abilities. We also take the time to edit the photos received from manufacturers prior to uploading to increase the accuracy and quality as best as we could.

It may be possible to see slight differences in color between the product images and actual item. This is not grounds for return.

Please refer to the item descriptions for additional information regarding the item. If there are any questions you have regarding the product image or descriptions, please contact us for additional details prior to placing your order to avoid any dissatisfaction.

We are not responsible for inaccurate color settings on your display. Please check your settings for color accuracy prior to placing orders.
